Agile & Scrum 101

Understanding fundamentals of agile values, principles and best practices along with Scrum framework is important for any agile team members. All team members that are in the agile team must understand the fundamentals of being agile and applying scrum framework.  This course will provide you with fundamental knowledge that is required to excel in your career as a Scrum master, product owner, business analyst, project manager, developer, tester or any other role within your agile team.  We will explore agile and scrum basics along with what is expected from each role within the scrum team.  This is a 3 weeks long program. Class will meet 3 times a week. Students can expect to spend about 2 hours a week on self-study.
