The two days Leading SAFe course offers introduction to the foundations of Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). It is designed for leaders to help develop a Lean-Agile mindset and apply the principles of SAFe to achieve business agility. You will learn how to support Agile Teams, programs and portfolio. You will hear experiences from others and build your own insight into how you can co-ordinate and lead a Lean-Agile changes at your enterprise.
